Today’s Breakfast:

Freshly made carrot, orange ginger juice and
red quinoa porridge

Red Quinoa Porridge:

Cooked red quinoa
Roasted hazelnuts
Roasted walnuts
Raisins
Soy-cashew milk

Put it all in a bowl and enjoy!

Red Quinoa

Quinoa is a very nutritious pseudo-cereal . It was a staple food of the pre Columbian civilizations, and it is now considered a superfood. The white and red variety are equally nutritious, and the red variety is a great way to add a beautiful color to your plate.
Make sure to wash quinoa very well before cooking it, since the grains are coated with bitter saponins.
